I want to manage all my money transfers in one place

You prepare TRY transfers, transfers between your own accounts and SWIFT instructions on one screen, and every bank you can give instructions to is on that screen. Instructions come from the form, an Excel or CSV list, an e-invoice or your ERP. Approval is one step in this flow: the person you authorize approves, and your bank carries out the transfer.

You define the users and their approval permissions with our customer success team during setup.

What you can do

Every transfer is prepared on one screen, the person you authorize gives the approval and your bank carries out the transfer.

  • Three kinds of instruction, one screen

You prepare TRY transfers, transfers between your own accounts and SWIFT instructions from the same menu. For a SWIFT instruction, final approval is given in Mundi or in your bank's own channel, depending on your bank.

  • Four ways in

You enter an instruction from the form, upload it from an Excel or CSV list, or receive it as a draft from an e-invoice or your ERP connection.

  • Beneficiary management

You save a beneficiary once, and you can also create one from your past account transactions. If you have an ERP connection, your beneficiary list stays matched to the customer and supplier accounts in your ERP.

  • Preparer and Approver roles

You give each user the Viewer, Preparer, Approver or Full Authority role, so the person who prepares an instruction and the person who approves it are kept apart. You also define limits by amount and by user.

  • One approval list

Whichever way they come in, TRY and foreign currency instructions for every bank you can give instructions to land in the same approval list.

  • Bulk instructions

You upload an Excel or CSV list, the lines are checked and the list goes for approval in one go.

  • Mobile approval

You see and approve instructions awaiting approval in the mobile app.

  • Approved beneficiary list

No instruction can be sent to an IBAN that is not on your list.

  • Audit log

Who prepared and who approved the instruction is written to an immutable audit log.

A business day

The same business day, before Mundi and with Mundi.

Your team still prepares the instructions, and the person you authorize still gives the approval. Every transfer goes through one screen, and the round of bank logins disappears from your day.
