You see the total on one screen

Balances and transactions at your connected banks come together on one screen, broken down by bank and currency. You can also see the total in the mobile app. Transfers that show no counterparty are classified automatically by transaction type.
Invoice and payroll transfers

Before

On payday you enter each transfer into the bank one by one and type invoice details by hand.

With Mundi

You upload the list and turn e-invoices into instructions

You upload your payroll list as an Excel or CSV file, and the lines are checked and go for approval in one go. Incoming e-invoices become draft transfer instructions, and you also prepare SWIFT instructions for USD and EUR transfers abroad in Mundi.
Approvals

Before

You prepare the instruction and approve it too. While you are in a meeting, no transfer goes out.

With Mundi

You hand over preparation and approve from your phone

Someone in your team prepares the instruction, and you approve it in the mobile app. You define once who enters instructions, who approves them and the transaction limits, and the rule works the same at every bank you can give instructions to.
End-of-day cash

Before

In the evening you have no time to enter an instruction to put the cash to work, so the money stays in the current account.

With Mundi

You put end-of-day cash under a rule

Your cash is placed in the low-risk products you choose, in the Automated Treasury Account opened in your company's name at Tacirler Yatırım. In the Professional and higher packages, your end-of-day cash moves to this account automatically, in line with the reserve you set.
Accounting

Before

At the end of the month you download statements from each bank and send them to your external accountant.

With Mundi

You give your external accountant access

With view permission, your external accountant sees the transactions directly and downloads them as Excel or CSV files. A viewer user does not add to the package fee. You connect your data to your own systems and AI assistants through the API or MCP.
