Mundi is the treasury management platform offered to companies by Mudi Finansal Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. Mudi Finansal Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. is a technology company. It is not a payment service provider under Turkish Law No. 6493. It is not an investment firm under Turkish Law No. 6362 or the applicable capital markets legislation. It does not provide brokerage services, investment advisory, or portfolio management.
Users open their investment accounts with Tacirler Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., and investment transactions are executed by Tacirler Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. under Communiqué No. III-37.1 on Principles Regarding Investment Services, Activities and Ancillary Services and the applicable legislation. Tacirler Yatırım is a broadly authorized brokerage firm subject to the supervision of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK) and the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK).
Money transfers are executed by users' banks and/or authorized payment service providers.
