By applying to our Company under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data are processed,
- Request information on this if your personal data have been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your Personal Data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request the rectification of your personal data if they have been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request the erasure or destruction of your Personal Data, to be assessed within the principles of purpose, duration and legitimacy, if the reasons requiring their processing no longer exist,
- Request, if your personal data are rectified, erased or destroyed, that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the Personal Data have been transferred,
- Object to a result that arises to your detriment where your processed Personal Data are analyzed exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for the damage if your Personal Data are processed unlawfully and you suffer damage for that reason.
Under paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Law, it is necessary and sufficient for data subjects to submit their requests concerning the exercise of their rights to our Company by the methods below:

- The application must include the name, surname and, if the application is in writing, signature; for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the Republic of Türkiye Identity Number; for foreigners, nationality, passport number or, if any, identity number; the residential or workplace address for the service of notices; if any, the e-mail address for notifications; telephone number; and the subject of the request. Information and documents relating to the matter are also attached to the application.
- In the application you will make to exercise your rights set out above, which you have as a “Data subject” whose personal data are processed, and which contains your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise: the matter you request must be clear and understandable; the subject you request must relate to you personally or, if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be authorized and your authority must be documented; the application must contain identity and address information; and documents proving your identity must be attached to the application.
- For a person other than the Data subject to make a request, there must be a power of attorney issued by the Data subject in the name of the person who will make the application.
- Applications you make in this context will be concluded in the shortest possible time and within 30 days at the latest. These applications are free of charge. However, if the operation requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
- To ensure the security of your personal data, after your application for information reaches us, our Company may contact you to confirm that you are the Data subject and may request certain documents and information from you in this regard.
