How does dual approval work for money transfers?

In Mundi, a user with the Preparer role enters the instruction, and a user with the Approver role approves it on screen or by phone.

• No user can approve an instruction they prepared themselves, from any screen.
• You decide with role-based permissions who approves up to which limit, every step is written to an immutable audit log, and your bank carries out the transfer.
